DataMint ships a lot of machinery - scrapers, verification, AI enrichment. But machinery is not a pipeline. This is the seven-day sprint our most successful agencies run every week, and you can copy it as-is.
Monday: build the list
Pick one niche and one city. Scrape Google Maps until you have 800-1,200 raw rows. Resist the urge to go bigger - a focused list you can actually work beats a giant one you cannot.
Tuesday: verify
Run email verification on the whole list. Filter down to rows with deliverable contact channels. You will typically keep 60-75% of rows.
Wednesday: enrich and score
Add AI columns:
#Website → find contact email + the source page#Name + #Category → one-line personalization hook#Reviews → score buying intent 0-100
Sort by score descending. The top 100 rows are your week’s battleground.
Thursday: first touch
Send outreach messages to verified contacts only. Lead with the personalization hook, not your pitch. Reply rate targets: 12-20% on a verified, personalized list.
Friday: follow up and close
Follow up with everyone who replied but did not convert. Book calls into next week. Archive the list with a result tag - next Monday, new niche, new city, repeat.
The compounding effect
One sprint is a good week. Twelve sprints is a pipeline: you learn which niches convert, which hooks land, and which cities are saturated. That knowledge - not any single list - is the asset your agency is building.
